Glatz's Meat Loaf & Potato's
Ingredients:
Quantity/Servings:
  Serves 4to6
1) 3 lbs ground beef   ( or 1lb veal, 1lb beef, & 1lb pork)
2) 4to6 potatoes       
3) 1 large Bermuda Onion
4) 1or2 large Green bell peppers
5) 1 large Egg
6) 1-cup Cracker Crumbs
7) 1-teaspoon of Lawry's seasoned salt
8) 2-tablespoons of steak sauce 
9) 2-cans of  Mushroom soup
Step1: Place the ground beef In to large mixing bowl.

Step2: Clean and dice up Onion & peppers

Step3:  Add  Onion, peppers, Egg, Cracker Crumbs, Seasoned salt, & Stake sauce to bowl of meat and mix well with hands. And shape in to loaf. 

Step4: Peal  the potatos and slice up, about 1/4 inch thick   slices.

Step5: Place meat loaf in to a deep baking pan or casserole dish. Aprox. 9 x15 inchs You must have enough room for the potatoes to layer around the side of the meat loaf.

Step6: Take sliced potatoes and place in around the sides of the meat  loaf.

Step7: Open mushroom soup if very thick, pore in to bowl or sauce pan and add a little milk to thin down. Then pore over meat loaf and potatoes. 

Step8: Put lid on pan if you have one that fits pan or cover with aluminum foil. Lid is better, as you can reseal easer.

Step9: Set oven at 375 degrees and cook  on lower rake in oven for 30 to 45 mins  

OVENS VERY: So be sure you check the loaf often after 25 to 30 mins.  It is done when pink-ness is gone from meat and potatoes are tender.
Preparation:
It makes its own gravy from the mushroom soup.
Add a side of corn or green beans, or a salad.
Serve with dinner roll or bread & butter.
