Let's talk about Cooking!
Now I like to cook & bake, but I am no Gourmet. And I don't like to do it every
day. I learned from my mother and on my own, I had to or I didn't eat .
Mom worked to support us and being the youngest in the family I was the last one
left at home.
I remember one day when I was throwing together something for lunch, and I
mean throwing. My brother came into the kitchen and asked," what's you cook'n".
I had 1 can each of vegetable beef soup, pork & beans and spaghetti combined in
a pan heating it on the stove.
He of course turned up his nose to it. Later when I was eating, and asked if he
would like to try it. He took a little in a bowl and ended up eating two bowls of it.
Must not of been to bad (LOL).

Glatz's Chili Soup
Meat loaf & potato's
Poor Mans Lasagna ( Not My Recipe I don't know where my
wife got it.)
Liver & Onions (cooked my way) You say you don't like liver.
Well!, I didn't either, when some-one else cooked it, other
then my mother. As much as I like it, I won't even order it in a
restaurant. Because most of the time it is fried in grease on
the grill. And is black & tough.
