So they can not use the original to vote twice, because all
polling machines would have a list of original replaced cards in
them, and if a original is inserted it would be ejected. It would
not matter where a person was voting, if they inserted
anything but the replacement, bells would sound and the card
ejected.

QUICKER and EASIER VOTING:
There would be less time required to vote, because you would
not have to wait for some one to find your name on a list, and
sign in, and you would not have a ballot to fill out, you just
step up to the machine and insert your registration card and
your finger, then if all is well you insert your ballot. This way
if one polling place was busy you could go to another.

DATA BANKS:
There should be two data banks in two different locations as a
backup, and require two keys by two people one from each
side of the political party's, to access the information. Polling
places would have direct high speed links either by cable or
phone line to the data banks. These would be used by no other
traffic, and should require seconds to check an ID and print.

For the MOST IMPORTANT OFFICE IN THE LAND it should
be held with no other election at that time, have the state
elections held on another day.
